Jeremy Jordan currently serves in the role as Clinical Director here at Front Porch. He has an extensive history working in multiple settings, including residential, intensive outpatient, and outpatient. Most recently, Jeremy served as the training area leader and coordinator at a private practice. He has also served in higher education helping assist those as they transition from one stage of life to the next. Jeremy is most passionate about serving couples as they navigate relational challenges. He is similarly passionate about treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. Additionally, Jeremy has given several training courses and presentations on suicide assessment, ethics, couples counseling, personality types, leadership development and boundaries.

Emma is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who has experience working in multiple settings including partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient. Emma is most passionate about serving young adults as they navigate life transitions. She is similarly passionate about treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Emma believes that having the space to investigate your thoughts, feelings and behaviors can create incredible opportunities for growth and healing. Emma’s goal is to provide an environment that allows each client to identify their strengths and build on them to work toward change and personal growth. Emma will support you through the process of reflection and exploration, and encourage you as you continue developing the strengths and skills that will empower you to reinvest in your best self.

Mike Utech is a Clinician and Marriage & Family Therapist Trainee in Ohio. Mike has a passion for coming alongside those experiencing the trauma of divorce, as well as working with couples to enrich their marriages, whether they are just beginning or have years of experience. Mike is a great listener who helps others feel comfortable sharing their experiences. Paige Stafford is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Ohio. After graduating from
Xavier University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Theology, she returned to Xavier
for a Master’s degree in Theology with a focus on Ethics, Spirituality and Professional Practice.
She then returned to complete her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Paige’s
top priority is to help clients reach their goals and to become better connected with themselves
and their community. She uses her skills to work collaboratively in treatment to improve
wellbeing and health using an integrated counseling model with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy. She relishes the opportunity to help her clients “bloom where they are planted” and to

Nathan McGee, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Ohio. Melissa is a state-licensed Chemical Dependency Counseling Assistant with a history of working with Faith Based Recovery Programs like YCIBI and Teen Challenge. She also served the Hamilton County Juvenile Court by running substance use disorder groups for at-risk youth. Melissa is an officially trained DBT (Dialectical Behavriol Therapy Skills Group Leader) and case manager for St. Joseph Orphanage, now NewPath Child and Family Services. Additionally, Melissa is a 2015 graduate of IPec Coaching School, which she completed in 2015. and works with adults, teens, and youth on multiple issues.

Bobby Owens cultivates hope through genuine connection by creating a safe space for clients to feel seen, heard, and valued. With over 25 years of professional experience and decades of life experience, including a 35-year marriage and a growing family, Bobby also supports fellow therapists and practice owners in pursuing their missions.
